• Form 32 with ROC Slip if Auth. Director"s name is not in MOA
• Board Resolution / Partners Authority Letter(On Co."s Letter Head)
• Signature Verification of Authorized Directors / All Partners
• Photograph of Authorized Directors / Partners
• Photo Id of Authorized Directors / Partners
• Current Residence Address Proof of Authorized Directors / Partners
